How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an automatic email confirming your order has been processed. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking ID to follow your shipment.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery time (ETA) for each product. The ETA may vary depending on product location and the shipping method you choose.
How do I return an item for a refund?
If your item is unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and within our 30-day return period, please follow the instructions on the returns form included with your order. Include the completed returns sheet inside your package. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm. Refunds for full-priced items will be issued to your original payment method. Sale items can only be refunded via a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please use a tracked shipping service for your return. We do not refund return shipping costs.
How do I exchange an item?
If your item meets the return criteria (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days), send it back with the completed returns form. After we receive your return and process it within 2-3 business days, we will ship your exchange item(s) and email you a tracking number.
What is your returns policy?
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and free from damage or markings. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt with tracking. Sale items are eligible for exchange or refund as store credit only, if they meet return conditions.
Can I get a price adjustment if something I purchased goes on sale?
Due to high demand and limited availability, we do not offer price adjustments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Most countries qualify for free shipping, though some exclusions apply.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by entering your order number on our website under ‘Track My Order’ in the Customer Service section.
Which size should I purchase?
We use standard US sizing unless otherwise noted. Our size guide is available on the right side of the size selection on every product page and in the product description.
I saw something advertised but can’t find it on your site. Why?
If an item is part of an upcoming collection, it may not be on the site yet. Some items may be discontinued or removed if they are limited edition or out of stock.
My package was delivered but I haven’t received it!
If no one was home, the package might be left in a safe place such as behind bins, plants, fences, or under doormats. Check with neighbors or building management. If you still can’t find it after 10 business days, contact our Customer Experience team with your name, order number, email, and shipping address. We also recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
My promo code or gift card code isn’t working. What should I do?
Make sure the promo code is valid for your items (no sale items or gift cards) and that gift cards are entered separately. If problems persist, send a screenshot to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
