Returns
At Nietrend, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right. We gladly accept returns on any unworn garment with all original security tags and labels attached, as long as it is sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using your local post office with a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Our returns sheet included with your delivery provides easy instructions to make returns hassle-free. Make sure to send your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have misplaced your returns sheet, don’t worry. Simply email us at service@nietrend.com and we will assist you.
When completing the returns sheet, please indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your return. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing times. For store credit refunds, you will receive a code via email within 2-3 days of processing, which can be used on our online store.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges on any unworn garment with original security tags and labels, returned within 28 days of receipt.
Exchanges typically take 2-3 business days to process, plus delivery time.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Follow the return instructions on the returns sheet included with your delivery, and be sure to send your return within 28 days.

You may exchange items for any size or in-stock item. We allow up to 2 exchanges per item at no extra cost.
If the replacement item costs more, you will need to purchase a gift card for the price difference. Please notify us at service@nietrend.com if you do so.
If the replacement costs less than the original, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.
Late Returns
We cannot accept returns sent after 30 days from the date you received your order. Late returns may be sent back to you.
Return Shipping Carriers
Please use a tracked service with your local post office and keep the tracking number so you can follow your return shipment.
Our Policy
We take pride in our Nietrend products. Returns must be new, unused, and with all security tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may be rejected and returned to the sender.
