Delivery Service
All international shipments are handled by 4PX, UPS, and FedEx. We use signed-for delivery services to ensure your package arrives safely.

Please ensure that someone is available at your home or work address to receive the delivery. If no one is available, a delivery card will be left for re-delivery arrangements or collection at the depot.

For both free and paid shipping, you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by your country. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments will incur the original shipping cost plus return shipping fees. Any refund will be reduced by these costs.
